- Provides reporting and analytical support to other internal HR departments, including HR Managers, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and others as needed.
- Works in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner.
- Collaborates with the Process Improvement Team on projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data.
- Responsible for validation and bulk updation of data/data requests on Workday (EIBโs), and process workforce transactions, focusing on accuracy of information and timely resolution
- Develop requirement documentation and conduct analysis of HR data access system change requests (SCRs) with impacted areas/owners.
- Work closely with Talent stakeholders to understand reporting and dashboard requirements; lead and facilitate discussions within work streams at Global, Country, and Region levels using leading best practices
- Assist in developing analytical reports, using Workday and other tools
- Work on special projects and other assignments as needed
- Participate in HR Operations wide team meetings to seek and give update on monthly performance, improvement initiatives and business changes impacting the service.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality.
- Train and educate others (both stakeholders and team) on the methods and value of reporting.
- Train and educate others on the technical aspects of Workday.
- End to end support on any ongoing audit support.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelorโs degree is required or equivalent relevant business experience.
- 3-5 yearsโ work experience in all the relevant areas
- Knowledge of structure of Workday, including tables, fields, calculated fields, reports โ advanced and Matrixed reports.
- Knowledge of API files for Workday integrations desirable but not essential. (Training can be provided)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRMs and ticket management systems preferred.
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Responsive, accountable, and able to collaborate effectively and independently within and across teams.
- High fluency in English is essential.
- Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with data analytics/visualization tools desirable
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results.
- Strong relationship and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures
- Excellent teaming skills required to work in a virtual work environment. A self-starter, passionate, someone with a growth mindset and able to work with specific but minimal direction.
