Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

This job position will be aligned with the sales & marketing team. The hired resource will be taking care of day-to-day business operations activities to help team in meeting aligned business goals. The resource will have a significant role in devising strategies/creating action plan towards achieving operational excellence within the team.

  • End-to-End CRM Management:
  • Execute CRM implementation project to capture key sales activities & manage sales development life cycle effectively.
  • Requirement elicitation – collect business requirement & goals, perform need analysis, creation of PRDs/BRDs, define project scope.
  • Research & identify key features of CRM aligned with the business/user requirement
  • Create process workflows/wireframes, use cases, test cases specific to modules.
  • Module creation (accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks, etc.) as per the specific business cases and create workflow automation.
  • Assist in application integration (calling dialer, email integration, sales enablement tools, productivity tools, etc.) within CRM environment.
  • Implement data management & migration strategy to ensure CRM SOP compliance.
  • Create user guides and conduct CRM process demos/training sessions for users to increase the CRM adoption & usage
  • Work collaboratively with internal CRM staff & external vendors to ensure smooth & timely CRM project execution.
  • Timely resolution of functional issues related to CRM usage with enhanced team collaboration.
  • Data Analytics/Reports:
  • Define reporting & dashboard KPIs for entire SDLC and related processes.
  • Collaboration with reporting & MIS person for analysis of functional data sets available across different processes (sales/marketing/market research/presales); and present business reports for enhanced business decision making.
  • Design wireframes/process diagrams for data visualization/dashboards.
  • Other Business Operations Assignments:
  • Discuss the business requirements with team leads/functional managers and create process documents, SOPs, and training material.
  • Support key stakeholders/sr. management in managing information flow towards the team for implementing key processes, guidelines, and SOPs within specified timelines.
  • Assist in creating monthly/quarterly business plans, reviews & milestones for aligned business groups.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of current market trends, key account management process and client growth initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Training/Certification in Excel/CRM/Business Analytics is a plus.

Essential Skills if any:

  • Hands-on experience in business operations profile and must be familiar with business driven KPIs.
  • Proven experience in implementing CRM like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics, Sugar CRM, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, Oracle CRM/similar product including workflows and use cases.
  • Strong command in MS-Excel for in-depth data analysis utilizing popular excel functions.
  • Proven experience in MS-office skills including MS Word & exposure to other productivity tool is desired.
  • Exposure of any data visualization/reporting tools like Power Bi/Zoho Reports/Salesforce Reports/Tableau is a plus.
  • Exposure to project management concepts/guidelines is desired.
  • Leverage analytical mindset & skills to comprehend the complex data and present functional reports.
  • A good team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams with effective co-ordination & follow-up skills.
  • Self-directed, process-oriented with ability to execute project independently.
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Should be able to communicate with sr. management/leaders.
  • Open to learn, ability to meet deadlines with willingness to take new opportunities.
