We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our team!
WHAT THE POSITION LOOKS LIKE:
The Business Operations Specialist will work cross-functionally on high-priority operations projects, using analytical and project management skills to drive significant value for the business: implementing and maintaining operational efficiencies, process improvement, process mapping, data analytics, communications, and reporting.
You are expected to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handle multiple simultaneous tasks, and proactively identify areas for improvement in operations overall. This position relies heavily on analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to view the “big picture”, adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and proactively identify areas of improvement.
The Business Operations Specialist reports directly to the Chief of Staff to support the effectiveness and efficiency of our Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Marketing teams. This includes the implementation and ongoing management of systems and processes to streamline operations and continuously improve daily performance.
This is a full-time, in-office position. The position is not remote so you must be located in or able to reasonably commute to Miami Beach, Florida.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:
- Coordinate cross-functional, interdepartmental processes to facilitate sales, customer service, product development, and expansion activities
- Act as an expert on internal processes and software (Asana, Zoho) to assist in the configuration and management of systems to meet the needs of the business
- Build new / maintain existing automation processes that drive efficiency and enable frictionless workflows
- Ensure workflow gaps are identified, analyzed, and addressed
- Assist management in consolidating and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to drive team performance and supercharge business development efforts
- Ensure data accuracy in our CRM and project management systems to facilitate regular pipeline, process, and task management reviews
- Provide administrative support to ensure company objectives are met
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelors and 2+ years of relevant experience or MBA
- Proven track record of successful business development or administrative support, operations experience, or data analytics management
- Excellent time and project management skills that demonstrate your ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and take responsibility for deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, synthesize and apply information to solve problems swiftly while weighing all pros and cons
- Experience creating flowcharts for processes, building CRM automation, or leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Self-motivated mindset and ability to get resourceful to drive projects forward
- Proactive and positive team player with a willingness to learn, deliver and receive feedback, and tackle any tasks that arise
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a structured manner within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Expert proficiency in G Suite
- A “can-do” approach and ability to independently multitask and wear multiple hats

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
