Our client manages millions in digital ad spend annually in the pursuit of achieving record growth for their clients using a financial lens on their clients’ business. There is no front-end marketing (NO marcom, PR, social media or Sales), it is all back-end data analysis using data to predictively inform decisions.
Daily Life
- Intelligently and creatively drive client growth through data processing, data analysis, making recommendations, proposing strategy, and implementing tactics
- Leverage data from paid media platforms, vendors, internal and external systems to understand the performance of our clients’ funnel
- Responsible for business analytics work through all phases, including data quality, data analysis, data visualization, and presentation of results and deliverables
- Use your organization, prioritization and innovation superpowers to improve team and company efficiency and efficacy
- Mastermind and build tools in Excel to automate work, use to prototype coded tools, and ad hoc solve interesting marketing-related problems
- Fearlessly be an active voice in team and company meetings, sharing ideas, brainstorming, contributing knowledge, upholding company values and direction
What You Know
- 2-4 years of full-time data-intensive analytical work experience
- BA in Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, Econometrics, Marketing, Physics
- Professional experience executing and managing paid digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, shopping, programmatic, etc.)
- Highly proficient in Data Analysis skills

- Experience working and analyzing large data sets in Excel (Python skills a plus)
