Job Description
Position Summary:
Work with Pricing Execution Team, Sales, Sales Finance and the PPM (Price Promotion Management) teams on PPM variance work; prepare monthly reporting packages for PEM team and sales, lead testing for new software launches; track price changes and provide support for interpreting P&L impacts to Sales Finance.
Responsibilities:

PPM variance work: Use Excel, Access and MicroStrategy to reconcile different pricing files. Once variances are determined, use MicroStrategy to research the cause driving the variance. Summarize variances with cause notes, then take action on resolution steps.

Work with PEM team, IT to test Vistaar and future software launches.

Look for efficiencies in the process and recommend improvements.

Participates in special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3-4 years experience in an analytic role including data research and reconciliation, combining data sets, Excel If statements. Experience with wine or spirits pricing a plus.

Undergraduate major in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Business Math

Demonstrated knowledge of Excel (create and use Pivot tables, use VLOOKUP formula) and Word. Experience using Access or MicroStrategy a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. Must be a proactive self-starter and self-learner.

Must be a team player with the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.

Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
