Position Overview
The Business Systems Team at Core Spaces impacts every department across the company. From accounting to building maintenancewe make success happen! You will be an integral part of that success by contributing to the design, configuration, and implementation of our business systems and processes. Our customers, both internal and external, will rely on your expertise to enable critical business operations and in-depth data analysis. As an owner of our Entrata and Yardi systems, youll have the opportunity to provide support and training to our end users.
What You Will Do
- Oversee various information systems ( Entrata, Yardi 7s, etc.)
- Gather information and reports on user support issues, trends, and other areas related to support issues. Work with appropriate team members to assist in developing solutions that enable greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments for proposing systems and/or business solutions by communicating with business leaders, team members, and others. Research technology and systems options that align with the Companys technology and systems needs and strategies.
- Participate in testing and evaluating new applications, systems enhancements, programming upgrades, and other systems and applications improvements.
- Audit real-time data in all software platforms. Includes, but is not limited to, Lease Dates, Rents, Move-Ins/Outs, and Renewal Transfers as needed throughout the year for operating properties.
- Create and schedule needed reports. Understand business reporting requirements, assists with the design and development requirements for reports, and delivers agreed upon results.
- Act as liaison between Entrata/Yardi and on-site teams. Attend appropriate meetings to stay abreast of current client goals, concerns, and business plan.
- Update lease packages and addendums as needed by new development and operation teams.
- Provide help desk support to resolve user issues and requests. Research difficult configuration, compatibility, or product defect issues and track results of investigations in appropriate systems.
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ideally, you’ll have
- 3-5 plus years experience with Yardi 7s
- Bachelors degree
You’ll crush it if you have experience with
- Entrata
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Other property management systems
- 4 years of property management or related fields
