Purpose Of Position
Corning CM Actives is looking for someone with a software and or engineering background to help support the data processing and reporting that drives our business decisions. This individual will extract pertinent data sets, create reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiative success.
Major Roles And Responsibilities
- Collect, extract, manipulate data for business reports and presentations
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data through Power BI and Tableau
- Build scripts to aggregate large data sets to pinpoint key data trends
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
Travel and location of work:
No travel required.
Role based out of the Corning, Keller, TX facility.
Minimum Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Enrolled in Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiarization with manufacturing functions
- Relevant project or industry experience a plus.
- Programming experience in Python and .NET is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information.
