Analyst – Reporting & Ad-Hoc

Brief position description:

Responsible for monthly rollover and maintenance of established Power BI financial reporting. Successful candidates will interface with end users including leadership to support report usability and improvements. The candidate will also be in a unique position to acquire a Power BI skillset for future.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain and deliver critical management reporting as required by the business

• Partners with group leader to conduct training sessions when new reports are released to end users

• Coordinate monthly process for issuing reports/datasets

• Identify additional standard reports based upon frequent requests for similar/identical data

• Implement/Maintain control and security tables

• Perform Ad hoc reporting on an as requested basis

• Partners with embedded Finance resources on first level analysis process

• Support end users for data issues and process improvement

• Creates and maintains procedure manuals and training guides

• Maintains a team player attitude where sharing of information is top of mind to promote team growth

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs) Required:

Graduate with 3-4 Yrs of experience in Data Analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and get results

• Attention to detail

• Business analysis and/or Accounting Center experience

• Effective written and oral communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Very responsive and adaptive to new information and events

• Understanding of Corteva financial reporting

• Desired aptitude in Excel, Power Query, and Central Finance

• Ability to work well with a team
