Job Summary:
This role will be primarily responsible for delivering analytics for wide range of platforms (web, media, social listening) and help provide insights and strategic inputs to the organization, essentially on all web metrics and campaigns. Building and managing strong teams, drive knowledge management across globally spread teams.
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will work with digital and data analytics, marketing analytics as well as business teams to define and measure Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs). You will define the best analytics and visualization approach using Power BI, R, Python and other analytical tool suites.
– Deliver end-to-end customer journey analysis using existing Martech tools
– Capable of handling large data sets and establishing meaning relationships/ connections and coming up with insights
– Thorough with concepts such as correlation, forecasting, data modelling, etc.
– Skilled at programming languages such as python, R, etc.
– Problem solving attitude using data as a means to an end than focusing only on data
– Good at automating data related workflows
– Create dashboards using Power BI for B2B Analytics
– Create reports for first party audience data analysis and check for the quality of data and discrepancies if any
– Nurture Campaign Reporting focusing on content and email campaign performance
– Reports and Dashboards on Lead Management pipelines and conversion
– Competition Analysis
– Support in Social Listening Analysis and Dashboards creation using tools like Talkwalker
– Support in Influencer Validation and Discovery
– Convert data into actionable insights helpful to the business and present those findings to the relevant stakeholders
– ABM Reporting
– Data extraction, cleaning and consolidation from Eloqua and Data Lake for reportingData extraction, cleaning and consolidation from Eloqua and Data Lake for reporting
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years if experience in data analysis
- Extensive Experience in Campaign management, Adobe Analytics, data analytics, Business Intelligence
- Thorough understanding of campaign performance measurement, Power BI, SQL and its data
- Extract data from data sources and transform them into meaningful data and create executive level dashboard through R, Python
- Excellent expertise in SQL Queries
- Should independently mine data to translate business data needs into creative visualizations.
- Experience in data quality to do investigation of overall data inconsistency issues and provide solutions
- Experience in creating Process Documentation
- Excellent communication skills to be able to work with business owners to develop and define key business questions and to build specification for the data sets that answer those questions
