Position Summary
The Analyst Workforce Analytics & Planning 4 will be the leading Subject Matter Expert in Workforce data analysis & planning. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of program responsibilities and technology maintenance. Responsible for utilizing Workforce Analytics and other data analysis and modeling tools to develop reports and interpret reports for business leaders and stakeholders. Lead the development of modeling and alignment of initiatives to organization goals. Will lead requirements gathering and development of forecasts and models in support of enterprise short-, mid- and long-term workforce planning activities. Supports the discussion for short, mid & long-term staffing needs between People & Culture, Financial Services, Business Planning, and business stakeholders.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintain the Success Factors Workforce Analytics (WFA) module and related tools
- Meet with business area leaders and stakeholders routinely to consult on workforce plans, talent gaps and future workforce needs
- Develop and update dashboards and self-service reports and educate leaders/stakeholders on use and capabilities
- Partner with HRIS to identify and validate inputs into the WFA module to ensure accurate reporting
- Develops and maintains dashboard, reports, visualizations outside of WFA to engage with business area leaderships and provide them with accurate and on-time information
- Leads the development of analytics and modeling tools
- Trains, develops and mentors junior analysts to take on more complex tasks and increasing levels of responsibilities
- Oversee or take part in special projects and model development to support organizational initiatives
- Partner with Financial Services/Budget Planning on alignment of future headcount needs
- Partner with other Human Resources functions to identify data and connection needs to enhance reporting capabilities
Minimum Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in analytics
- Significant experience SAP and Success Factors Workforce Analytics module
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification or Change Management training
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts
- Certifications in Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics
- Extensive experience with data visualization techniques
- Capacity planning experience
