Position Summary
Take ownership for Power Generation (PG) Reporting and associated system support to include programming, troubleshooting, and enhancements as required. Also, responsible for documenting and developing procedures. Provides analytical support and reports for various projects, programs and portfolios to project managers, program/project team leaders and other internal and external stakeholders as assigned. Individual’s experience and technical skills will determine the placement of Analyst Program/System job level 1 – 4.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Utilize Crystal Reports, Visual Cut or preferred application to develop and support PG business information requirements through reports/webpages/dashboards and databases
- Develop automated web pages, reports, emails, dashboards and update databases as needed
- Support PG Management and business teams with reports and content as needed
- Collaborate with PG partners including Contracts, Work Management, Operations etc. defining requirements and capabilities in business process enhancements
- Analyze generated reports and provide feedback to support results as required
- Monitor synchronization between Development and Production reporting infrastructure
- Support testing as requested during system updates and upgrades
- Assist with maintaining servers and databases associated with PG reporting

- Experience with data mining, trend analysis, & data analytics
- Experience with Enterprise Maintenance Management Solution
- Experience with the electric or gas utility
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with industry accepted reporting solution such as Crystal Reports or Tableau
