As a Business Intelligence Engineer work together with technical leads, Requirements Engineers, End Users to build Tableau & Business Objects Dashboards that provides various MI and Business insights that allow end users to make appropriate decisions that improve productivity, decrease operational risk, enable the business to expand. Here are some of the skills and experience details required,
- Candidate should be able to perform analysis, design, develop, testing and implementation of Business intelligence solutions using Tableau and other BI tools
- Proven experience on Tableau Functions, Tableau Data Preparation and Tableau Visuals
- Proven experience in writing advanced calculations and expressions
- Exposure on tableau server to handle dashboards and users
- Work with a variety of data sources – extracting knowledge and practical information from massive datasets towards solving business problems
- Strong SQL skills Experience in ORACLE/RDBMS
- Good experience on end-to-end Enterprise BI development & deployment
- Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
- Taking care of and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
- Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
