This is an exciting opportunity to join us and work as a Senior Tableau Developer in the GCIO COO Business Intelligence & Analytics team, working closely with internal clients and partners to develop outstanding analytic solutions in Tableau. Responsibilities include:
- Conceptualize and craft the best fit solution against desired requirements
- Select the right visualization to use based on relevant data types to create smart visually appealing dashboards
- Implementing Tableau Best Practices
- Analyze large data sets to resolve trends and forecasts
- Work closely with clients to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions
- Become SME and demonstrate leadership across various Dashboards & Innovative Products
- Able to identify trends in raw data and correlate with information from multiple data sources
- Operate within an Agile Development environment and apply Agile methodologies

The BI & Analytics team works as part of a globally distributed team covering Innovation, Analytics, Data Science and BigData Engineering. The Team has presence in Raleigh, New York and Wroclaw. At any given time the candidate will partner with team members across all regions and time zones. The candidate will partner with key clients to develop dashboards that will drive business decisions across the firm. In this function, the candidate will be a technical SME in that area, designing and implementing data solutions via Dashboards which will help Senior Management strategize and mitigate risks across Infrastructure, Services & Capabilities, API Marketplace, CS Automation factory as well as ITSM Dashboards.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics or equivalent subject area
- 8+ years of experience building BI solutions in Tableau
- Self-motivated, proactive, driven and energetic capability of handling pressure situation with ease
- Result oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver end to end, hard-working, highly reliable, scalable and operable reports
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
Technical Skills
- Design and implement reporting that leverages advanced visualization techniques (Scatter Plots, Histograms, Heat Maps, Tree Maps, Box-and-Whisker Plots, etc…) to best convey key metrics in Tableau a must and knowledge of Qlik, PowerBI, etc.
- Experience with SQL Server capable of creating complex queries for Data Extraction and Data Transformation, a plus Intermediate/Advanced level
- Knowledge of Data Science methodologies
- Strong Organizational skills, JIRA, Project Management of similar suites
