Data Protection and Application Security organisation within GCIO Enterprise and Security Services is responsible for ensuring a high quality of the design and delivery of key products and services related to information security. This includes Cloud Security Products (e.g., CASB, Key Vaults),
Cryptographic Key Management and future Structured Data Security Products.
You will gather and articulate business requirements, support architects in negotiating solution designs and secure decisions that facilitate the expedient implementation of leading edge products. The following outlines the duties of the role:
- Understand existing business processes along with their corresponding product set-ups; document requirements for enhancements/new product builds
- Liaise with technical and non-technical users with regard to meeting deadlines and goals and information feedback where needed
- Respond to User queries, via email/online and via skype
- Progress analysis against target deadlines/project timelines
- Add/Update/Delete content on Confluence/Odyssey/Internal online portals concerning the relevant projects including relevant documentation
- Regular management report updates and publication
- Process Documentation

Your skills and experience
Successful candidate will be responsible for defining the evolution of the existing and future products, acting as service analyst and process designer, collaborating with the product owner, service manager, architects, engineers, and operations teams:
Essential:
- 8+ Years of experience working as Business Analyst.
- Experience of working in Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to understand customer needs draft user stories and use cases from High level requirements.
- Knowledge of Core Information Security Concepts related to Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Knowledge of Security Technologies (DLP, IAM, Key Management, Encryption, etc.)
- Knowledge of Key Management in Cloud (AWS or Azure) is a plus
- Experience in process design and improvement
- Experience in data analysis (Excel)
- Knowledge of Incident Management and Event handling tools (Archer, Service Now)
- Experience of working with regulatory bodies e.g., FINMA, MAS is an added advantage
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven excellent presentation and documentation skills (Visio, Power-Point, Word and Confluence is a must)
- Demonstrated integrity in a professional environment
- Ability to work within diverse, global, virtual-team
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
Desirable:
- ITSM and Security certification is an advantage: CISSP, ITIL, CISA, CSSLP, CISM, CCSP
- Formal training or Certification (e.g. IIBA, BCS) in Business Analysis is an advantage
- Experience in building/running on-boarding services for users migrating to the new IT solutions
- Familiarity with technologies: AES Encryption, PKI, KMIP, Web Proxies, CASB (McAfee SkyHigh, Bitglass, etc…), Data Leakage Prevention, HSMs, Azure/AWS/GCP Key Vaults, HashiCorp Vault
- Practical experience in AGILE (including tooling – e.g. Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence)
