Job Location: Pune
This role is in the Risk and Controls area of FSG Technology and rolls into Production Services and Controls (PSC) function. The main areas of responsibility are:
- Coordinating global external audit request and scoping activities for FSG Technology
- Daily interactions with our external auditors and IT Application Owners
- Providing succinct and accurate reports for management and to assist with effective control governance
- Working with key Risk and Control functions outside of FSG Technology to maintain controls which support Production Stability

You will be part of a globally distributed team working in the IT risk and controls function within FSG Technology, including both CS employees and staff from our strategic vendor partners. The team is spread across London and Pune, providing coverage across time-zones and working steadfastly to ensure that the motto of “Protect The Bank” is keenly observed across FSG Technology

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Knowledge of the Banks Control Framework, Standard and Policies as they relate to IT and experience of Access Control requirements.
- Production/Application Support Experience
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal as will involve working with all levels of seniority across multiple IT areas.
- Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines and prioritize accordingly to deliver on time and to high quality.
- Fluent in Microsoft Powerpoint & Microsoft Excel in order to produce management reporting and decks for key stakeholders within FSG Technology to high quality, on demand and on schedule.
- Able to multi-task and work on multiple deliverables, with flexibility and ability to prioritize
- Strong attention to detail and task co-ordination skills
- Ability to challenge peers, external auditors and ITAO’s in order to meet requirements and deliver in a timely manner
