    Your field of responsibility

    As a part of your role, your responsibilities include:

    • Cross platform flow analysis for critical electronic trading technology exhibiting deep understanding of business and market rules
    • Responsible for overall delivery of equities business initiatives or compliance requirements from inception to implementation
    • Requirement gathering, business analysis and documentation for cross platform business needs spanning across front office trading stack including but not limiting to Cash sales and dealing, Algo/DMA & Listed derivatives
    • Business flow coverage is both high touch and low touch. Products involved are order management, Fix connectivity, trade capture, smart routing, order management, pre-trade controls’ engine, basket trading and low latency exchange connectivity
    • Collaborate with traders, COOs, product, compliance and development teams to implement accurate, compliant and forward-looking solution
    • Understanding of regulatory & exchange requirements, identifying gaps in our systems and flows and implement necessary changes to be compliant
    • Anticipates risks others would not have seen and helps development teams to build better and more effective tools and processes to mitigate them
    • Handle the Exchange certification process for NSE and BSE for front office trading applications – arrange documentation in exchange specified formats, auditor Certification and exchange demos
    • Handle Regulatory submissions like Inspections, internal audits, Limit reports etc. from IT perspective
    • Handle partners – provide regular updates, discuss priorities, highlight risks and track deliveries.

    You will be part of Equities Cross Platform BA/PM team providing analysis and solution delivery for APAC Front Office and Middle Office, to provide effective system-business integration, ensure alignment to regulatory requirement and market mandate, and enable new business with platform solution.

    Your skills and experience

    To excel in this role, you should possess:

    • You possess deep understanding India equities front office business and trade life cycle
    • You have proven understanding of India markets microstructures and regulations
    • You have excellent Business Analytical skills and experience of working on requirements covering front to back flow
    • You have past experience in India markets flow and sell side firm system capabilities
    • You should hold qualifications in Technology or Finance
    • You have the outstanding ability to get along with internal as well as external users including trading desks, compliance, COOs, auditors, senior business heads and senior technology managers at Director or MD level
    • You are driven with validated experience of ability to balance multi-task
    • You have good communication and interpersonal skills
    • You possess the ability to operate in a distributed/virtual team environment
    • Result oriented, dedicated, hard-working who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
