Your field of responsibility
This role, within the IT delivery team in Platform Engineering Technology Team based in Pune, India, is for implementation of key strategic & regulatory projects in Market Risk – Exposure Move Analysis & Explain area. The candidate will work closely with CRCO Data Management, Risk Managers and other IT teams within the broader CRCO IT organization, to review requirements, create necessary BRDs, participate/ supply to design & architecture, perform data analysis of the requirements, partner management and provide support to the overall execution of the project. This role involves working on different asset classes such as Equity, Rates, Credit Products, Commodity, and Structured Products and is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Market Risk domain. The candidate is expected to be on Data/ Business Analyst with strong Market &/or Credit Risk domain knowledge with sound knowledge of SQL (Oracle) & being able to work as an individual contributor.

Your skills and experience
The candidate is expected to have strong analytical skills & should possess proven risk & finance domain knowledge & exposure to advanced SQL (Oracle). The project works with agile delivery model and is using scrum methodology and follows complete DevOps pipeline for build, test & deployments. The candidate is expected to have proven DevOps understanding, be able to provide level 3 support for production issues as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
- Desirable: A degree in finance or equivalent (CFA, FRM, PRM etc.) would be preferred
Experience:
- 10 12 years of total IT experience
- At least 8 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis/Requirement gathering in Market Risk &/or Credit Risk Domain
Skills:
Mandatory:
- Background in software design & development
- Knowledge of Risk Management (Market Risk, Credit Risk etc.)
- Clear understanding of risks associated with various financial products (specifically market risk)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrates command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Experience of SQL, Unix, Relational DB is required
- Should have a proven understanding of finance (trade, ledger, dr/cr entries) & financial products
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

- Data Modeling
- Interview and basic survey skills
- Those with Business Analysis certification (CBAP, ISEB, CCBA) are preferred.
