    Your field of responsibility

    Your responsibility includes:

    • The candidate will work as a business analyst on implementation of FTB projects, which ensures compliance with regulatory requirements set by the regulators, High profile role for the candidate to work as business analyst with close SMEs interaction within Product Control, Financial Accounting, Capital reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Treasury and Risk
    • An excellent chance to build in-depth CFO and business knowledge

    • Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify areas getting impacted by the proposed business change and define business requirements for impacted FTB systems
    • Run/ assist process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify & prioritize process-improvement opportunities
    • Understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process-improvement solutions
    • Communicates clearly with all team members and demonstrates an understanding of business processes and related issues. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
    • Assist in translating requirements, use cases into test conditions, and expected results for integration, functional and user acceptance testing.
    • Responsible from development of concept to implementation of sound, client-focused and value-adding capabilities
    • Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
    • Identify, manage and raise where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
    • Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery achievements.

    Your skills and experience

    To excel in this role, you should possess below qualification and skills:

    Educational background

    • Master’s degree in finance and at least 1-7 years of relevant change experience Change management skills

    • Consistent track record as business analyst within a financial services institution or with a world-class consultancy firm, focusing on the financial services industry
    • Experience in working in sizeable Finance projects and have an established track record in addressing complex topics & performing initiatives in the context of a large organization, preferably in the area of FTB implementations and having broader knowledge on product control functions and applications.
    • Able to document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and operational improvement solutions
    • Good knowledge of SDLC methodologies like waterfall and agile
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills with excellent presentation skills
    • Possess sound knowledge of Financial Products and Banking processes
    • Effective influencing & facilitation skills – collaborative partnership. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
    • Have an IT flair (should be able to challenge IT, understand IT constraints and systems on project management level)
    • Good SQL skills in order to implement some testing activities is an asset

    Functional skills (Should be very strong in at least one of the below)

    • Knowledge of key product asset classes and their impacts/considerations from IB perspective – Secured funding – Repo/Collateral swaps, Derivatives, Structured notes, Loans, OTC Derivatives etc.
    • Accounting principles
    • Experience in delivery of FTB/ Regulatory projects
