As part of the role your responsibilities include:
- Work complex business problems, on core enterprise python applications, across business divisions and functions
- Support data scientist to integrate ML algorithms with wider banking applications to offer seamless enterprise solutions
- Opportunity to support complex business issues in NLP space, working on supporting and optimizing NLP models for information extraction
- Responsible for complete design, implementation and production roll-out of python based solutions.

Your skills and experience
You need to have following skills and project experiences.
- Relevant 6+ years of experience in Python, delivering enterprise level applications
- Excellent python development skills with exposure to building solutions with machine learning and/or natural language models
- Designed and delivered enterprise level python based application
- Translate complex business requirements into python based architecture and solution
- Good to have exposure to AI/ ML projects, with experience in optimizing and selection models that align with the business requirement in terms of patterns to be used to get the optimal outcome
- Good to have exposure to NLP based solution; NLP input for clauses & keyword extraction with solid grasp of pre-training and dynamic rules by understanding patterns
- Partner management experience is required to effectively gather the requirements and manage the delivery of business outcomes
- An open-minded team-player with the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
- Combine a structured, independent acting with ambitious approach and a quick comprehension on complex situations
- Dedicated problem solver and is happy to take initiative to improve
- Preferably have domain knowledge of banking and finance, specifically Investment banking domain
- Good to have an understanding of database technology e.g. Oracle, SQL, NoSQL (e.g. Mongo)
- Solid grasp of agile development practices
- Excellent academic background with degree and/or masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
- Can work in a globally distributed team
