Your field of responsibility
As a Business Analyst / Project-Manager, you will join Regulatory shareholding IT team in Pune. Working in this team you will have the responsibility for driving projects with Business and Change partners from initiation, through requirements gathering and functional design, coordinating the build phase and managing subsequent test phases. The role is completely hands on, with the BA expected to be fully immersed in the detailed execution of projects and initiatives at every level. You will get the chance to learn new skills and gain invaluable experience working with colleagues globally across the bank while being supported and mentored by both Project team and local Team Lead all essential ingredients to fast-track your career.

You will work with a high-performance team working closely with different RSR teams across the globe as well as in a multi-functional, cross-divisional environment. The regulatory reporting function covers globally the mandates Large Shareholder- (incl. US 13F, Article of Association and Sensitive Industries), Short Selling/Positions & Takeover Panel Reporting requirements. GRSR IT with a geographic footprint in the Americas, Switzerland and APAC and is responsible for implementing all regulatory shareholding changes and maintaining next generation as well as legacy applications.

Your skills and experience
In order to be successful in the role you will need to:
- Have strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgements and solutions.
- Be experienced with functionally crafting IT solutions addressing complex business problems, business processes, and bringing them to life
- Financial Product domain knowledge is essential and any experience with regulatory reporting environment is required
- Knowledge of AXIOM / Adenza tool will be a big plus
- Effectively elicit business and functional requirements and clearly document them within Jira/Confluence ecosystem
- Superb communication skills to be able to lead key and numerous partners and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients.
- Be an Agile enthusiast and promote agile approach to others in the organization and Experience with Automated testing, Test Driven Development, DevOps is required
- You have minimum 8-10 years systems or business analyst experience on either front-to-back projects or projects involving multiple teams/systems
- You have proven working knowledge of SQL Relational Databases
- You will participate in backend development activities and align with other technical leads around architecture topics
- Ensure the delivery team provides timely L3 support and production issue resolutions with focus on production support, performance & stability, supervisory controls and owns the L3 support functional globally
- Planning and manage the BoW, including day to day prioritization of tasks; involved in resource planning and forecasts (including vendor resources)
- Active collaboration with business- and IT colleagues
- Guide and drive teams through design and implementation phase; Work together as individual as and when requires and You are required to multitask and multi hat
- Work closely Tech Leads, BAs, PMs, QA, Platform and Production Support teams
- You are a phenomenal teammate fostering a collaborative and coordinated approach to project delivery
- Computer Science or Software Engineering higher
- Over 10-12 years of IT experience as System/Business Analyst
- Very good knowledge of databases, strong SQL skills, a technology exposure is plus
- Strong Analytical and Presentation skills
- Data flow engineering skills
