You will be working within the Visual Analytics team, within Digital Transformation and Products Labs (โDTPLโ) department within the division Group Risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of Tableau interactive and static dashboards
- Working on the data pipeline
- Quality assurance (quality metrics, data quality layer)
- System and UX testing
- Deployment (change management)
- Responsibility for developing, maintaining and extracting knowledge from strategic internal and external data sets
- Studying fundamental and high impact business questions that directly affect the direction of the company and the industry at large

The team consists of Tableau Developers, Data Scientists and Projects managers who collaborate in a working groups to deliver the complete product. We are located in Zurich and Pune.

Your skills and experience
It is essential that the candidate should have:
- Experience in analysing and/or transforming data โ at least 4 to 5 years
- Experience working in the area of business intelligence, data/visual analytics or data science โ at least 4-5 years
- Tableau visualization skills (development of dashboards, complex Tableau calculations) โ at least 2-3 years of experience and should be at least 50% of daily work of most recent engagement
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Python and Pyspark proficiency, familiarity with object oriented programming, and experience with analysing big data sets from disparate sources, applying quantitative methodologies, and using computational frameworks and systems
- Proven experience in building data warehouse applications on distributed computing systems, designing data pipelines and querying structured and unstructured data (SQL vs NoSQL)
- Independent, self-starter, good communicator
- Integrity, responsibility and confidentiality required for dealing with sensitive data
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working under pressure to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
Desired
- Tableau certification (Desktop Associate or Desktop Professional) โ please provide us a link to the certification / or a copy
- Experience in the financial services industry, with focus on risk and/or compliance
