As a part of the role, your responsibility includes:
- This role will be part of the Ops Risk and Control team within Group Finance Technology. The primary role is to provide IT analysis for business requirements, check the existing functionality in MARCS application and propose solutions to the business requirements
- Translate the business requirements into functional and technical specifications and support testing and roll out of the technical components
- Facilitate communication between business change, analysis, development, and testing teams
- Produce and maintain business process and data flow architecture diagrams
- Reviewing business requirements with our business partners and create functional specifications, perform impact analysis
- Serve as Techno-Functional resource in all phases of system life cycle (analysis, design, develop, test, implementation) to support MARCS application development initiatives and other related integration efforts
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of SOX compliance and applicability to technical practices and implementations.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
- At least 6+ years of Business Analysis/ Data Analysis experience in IT projects is essential
- Proven experience in Requirement Elicitation, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s), Functional & Non-Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Traceability Matrix
- Outstanding experience in crafting Test cases, setting up Test Strategy and Manual Testing
- Detail oriented, logical reasoning and analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time under pressure situations
- Conducting walk-throughs & demos with various IT and non-IT business partners
- Experience in Web Development preferred
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
