Looking for a professional with 6+ years of working experience in knowledge management & research background and ability to work with a global team.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing Knowledge Management strategy and initiatives.
• Building and maintaining own strategic knowledge assets and client focused documents.
• Collaborating across key regions by way of sharing best in class documents.
• Developing standardized approaches and processes for superior client solutions.
• Responsible for providing insights on industry trends.
• Responsible for building, maintaining the strategic knowledge assets for the Practice Groups including client focused documents, market information and knowledge, leveraging internal tools and platforms.
• Responsible for providing insights on industry trends and key consumer companies.
• One with great knowledge of Project Management, Thought Partnering would be preferred.

Requirements:

• A Graduate or Postgraduate from an accredited academic institution with 6+ years of working experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with hands on MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Good understanding of research tools such as Capital IQ, Factiva, Boardex
