Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy complex reports and dashboards required to meet business requirements, including composite, matrix and advanced reports.
- Create complex calculated fields for reports, condition rules, and others.
- Added – Respond to reporting requests for data and analytics for annual initiatives and ad-hoc requests
- Added – Maintain and enhance existing HCM reports as assigned
- Added – Work with SMEs to identify business needs and develop, enhance reporting to support these
- Maintain system cleanliness for reports, calculated fields and dashboards.
- Maintain and enforce Workday’s best-practice reporting guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize People Analytics and Executive Scorecards.
- Leverage Prism reporting to expand reporting opportunities in Workday to include data not currently tracked in the system.
- Work as internal consultant for the business; support strategies for providing various functional areas with enhanced data analytics and data visualization required for effective decision making.
- Maintain and promote awareness of Workday system capabilities, new releases and upgrades, and how they impact existing and future HR, Financials, Payroll, and Projects functionality.
- Participate in, and contribute to, all phases of our internal Workday implementations, from assessing company data, defining system requirements, support integration solutions, to configuration and testing within the Workday system.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ relevant Workday HCM Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in Workday Reporting
- Prism experience a plus
- Integration experience a plus
- Excellent PC Software knowledge and database reporting tools including Excel
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively assist system users to resolve problems and questions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors as well as people within the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or IT-related field is desired
