The internship is designed to provide practical work experience highlighting what you would do in a similar full-time role. You’ll be paired with a mentor, receive support from your manager, and have access to the entire CSG employee community to ensure your success.

What you’ll do

  • You will report to a Corporate IT Director to contribute to the optimization of multiple products in collaboration with team members to assess existing processes and identify process improvement areas
  • Learn to use a process mining tool and work with teams to identify business issues and capture requirements to solve process issues.
  • Create documentation for process improvement
  • Analyze data and use data to help obtain support from partners
  • Review steps in multiple processes to understand the delivery steps and interdependencies when identifying real time problems and defining solutions

You should have

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2023 or 2024
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Familiarity with Archimate Modeling tool
