What you’ll do
- You will report to a Corporate IT Director to contribute to the optimization of multiple products in collaboration with team members to assess existing processes and identify process improvement areas
- Learn to use a process mining tool and work with teams to identify business issues and capture requirements to solve process issues.
- Create documentation for process improvement
- Analyze data and use data to help obtain support from partners
- Review steps in multiple processes to understand the delivery steps and interdependencies when identifying real time problems and defining solutions
You should have

- Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2023 or 2024
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Familiarity with Archimate Modeling tool
