Job Location: Bloomington, MN

The role of Analyst is an entry level analyst position that will gain the skills and system knowledge to lead initiatives and provide expert consultation to all internal and external Novologix customers. The individual will train and develop under the tutelage of Senior Analysts, Product Advisors, and Managers to develop skills to drive process efficiencies, manage product delivery efforts end to end, improve communication channels, and enhance overall quality of Novologix applications. There are cross-functional responsibilities to support other departments within CVS Health as required.

Responsibilities % Time
1. Train under and work with Sr. Analyst Team to deliver all product and enhancement requirement artifacts from the initial phase to final implementation ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated. 40%
2. Develop and complete user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Rally. 30%
3. Assist Novologix Product Team in the maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking. Assists in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations. 15%
4. Work with Sr. Analysts, Product Advisors, and Managers to provide all requirements gathering support for the Agile teams. 15%

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, team player.
2. Ability to deliver quality work on time; translates planning into action by following applicable established procedures or methodologies; proactively monitors and controls task status by collecting and analyzing task data to anticipate and address barriers; appropriately communicates, resolves, or escalates problems that arise.
3. Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of internal/external stakeholders while acting with the customer in mind to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers through trust and respect.

H.S or Equivalent
Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
