This role requires a highly motivated individual that can manage multiple timelines to meet required deadlines. Strong analytical skills are required. The individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as the position will require frequent interaction with pharmacy teams and field leaders. This role requires a dynamic person who is competent in independent thinking and decision-making related data interpretation and can continually hold themselves accountable for delivering timely results. This position will routinely interact with the following groups: Analytics, Compliance, Pharmacy Operations, IS, Legal, Quality and Safety and Field Leadership.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to Day activities
o Independently review store requests; perform analysis of individual store order data and current dispensing trends
o Leverage Teradata, Tableau and Microstrategy reporting tools to prepare and interpret reports for review
o Based on analysis determine recommended outcomes
o Utilize ThinkLP to prepare/maintain documentation and support timely completion of escalations
o Respond appropriately in a timely manner to field leaders and outside vendor partners.
o Identify opportunities to continuously evolve the program and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

11. Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
12. Supply Chain, pharmacy distribution, and/or operations experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
Other Certificates or Licenses (List): Pharmacy Technician – Preferred
