Job Location: Arizona
The candidate will be required to work with team members, internal partners and clients to ensure all PBM financial setups accurately capture our PBM clients’ intent and contractual agreements. They will support the Finance Registration team and other CVS/Caremark departments throughout the financial implementation processes. They will be required to manage work flows and ensure deliverables are completed in alignment with project timelines. The candidate will be expected to gather and document client/contractual requirements, identify potential impacts to existing processes and ensure the necessary actions are taken to implement the required functionality/setups to support our PBM agreements. The position will require the individual to lead efforts to develop new and enhance existing system functionality where needed, provide necessary training to impacted areas as required and develop new policies and procedures around the new capabilities/processes. They will be expected to capture and document all project artifacts, determine impacts to current systems, partner with external business areas to identify risks and ensure new functionality/processes are flawlessly implemented in alignment with project timelines. They will also look to proactive identify opportunities to improve existing system functionality and processes, outside of the contracting life-cycle, which improve CVS Health’s ability to sustain current business and increase our competitiveness in the PBM marketplace. They will be expected to develop business proposals and justification for the identified process improvements which will be presented to internal partners and senior leadership.
The candidate should have experience identifying business requirements and creating project documentation. They will have experience reviewing client contracts and/or interrupting contractual agreements to drive business requirement discussions. They need to demonstrate the ability to initiate and lead projects which align with enterprise objectives. They must also be able to identify process inefficiencies and provide recommendation to management on how to resolve. The individual needs a proven record of organizing cross-functional teams which work to identify and resolve issues which have a broad organization impact to the business and our PBM clients.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of professional work experience
1+ years of intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
