Job Location: Michigan

The Business Analyst (Sr Analyst, Provdr Data Svcs) internally supports and contributes to positive provider relationships by handling implementing networks, acting as a SME for network details for the PPO codes they are assigned, conducts research, works with vendors and supports client and network needs.

Network Implementations / Business Analysts
Fundamental Components

  • Implements networks for Domestic, Direct-To-Employer (DTE), Aetna, and non-Aetna for new groups.
  • Subject matter expert for network files, network IDs, and PPO codes.
  • Agile Team product owner for Claims Routing (CRO).
  • Submits IT tickets and performs UAT for new implementations and issue resolution.
  • Performs research for network issues and partners with EDI IT and Wholesale Operations on resolution.
  • Coordinates DocConnect implementations with vendor, Perspecta, for custom provider directories and research/resolves technical issues.


Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of recent and related direct customer service experience.
  • Minimum one year of recent and related Aetna or Meritain claim processing experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with personal computer, keyboard navigation skills and with MS Office Suite applications.

Education

High school diploma, G.E.D or equivalent experience
