Job Location: Pennsylvania
The Manager delivers the analytics and insights to support our business partners using tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Teradata Alteryx, and Tableau. You will be the technical subject matter expert to support multiple data source connections- Novologix, CASS and MedHok. The manager will lead in database creation and establish data processes solutions to stage the data necessary to produce visualizations in the form of a tableau dashboard to support Prior Authorization organization business insights and exception requests. The Manager works with various business partners in operations, quality, and resource planning to gain an understanding of their needs and develop appropriate business logic metrics to be represented in tableau KPIs.
Additional responsibilities:
- Subject matter experts for ETL functions of critical databases.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems by considering a variety of factors and partners needs
- Interpret and make inferences from data with narrow turn-around times
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail
You will work independently with business partners to provide insights and analysis to help address their business needs by using your knowledge of the underlying data along with an understanding of the business. You will provide the information to the business partners through Tableau dashboards, presentations, conversations, emails, and Excel files.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- Mastery of database concepts, minimum 5 years of database build and ETL experiences
- Minimum 5 years of data extraction and manipulations in SQL, SAS, or other data products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Alteryx and/or Python a plus
- Experience with Tableau
- Healthcare industry or other Operations experience
- Master’s Degree preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
