Job Location: Woonsocket, RI
This is a new position, reporting to the VP of Retail Commerce & Store XP.
This position will be responsible for tracking, measuring and improving technology experience across the retail chain. Enhancing SRE practice to build and execute a roadmap for AI-Ops for pro-active resilience will be a key deliverable. This role will be responsible to layout a multi-year instore technology investment plan aligning to store technology roadmaps for life cycle management. This role requires close partnering with application and business teams, as well as internal and external service providers.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 157,800
Maximum: 347,200
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines, including technical/infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, database management or operations in a multi-tier environment.
- 8+ years of Manager of Manager experience.
- 5+ years of experience in application performance and/ or infrastructure monitoring technology management.
- Experience in managing support for enterprise level applications and directing / managing large teams (50+ resources) is required.
- Experience in managing geographically disbursed teams (onshore and offshore).

- Exceptional written and Interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively and concisely with stakeholders, senior managers, and leaders about our programs and objectives.
- Customer/Stakeholder Focus: Gather stakeholder impressions of services and programs, integrating this feedback into decision making. Allocate and align resources to optimize the stakeholder and partner experience.
- Performance Goal and Standards Setting: Develop and communicate to realistic timelines via plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate + long-term consequences.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Regularly scan the environment to help anticipate changes that could affect key programs and projects. Effectively changes plans, goals, actions, or priorities to respond to changing situations.
- Ability to synthesize information, business requirements, and stakeholder needs to make informed decisions and provide recommendations.
