Dynamic position within the Medicare Sales and Marketing team, responsible for budget growth related tasks and financial reporting. This individual will assist the Director of Strategic Planning with gathering, compiling and presenting financial data to senior team members.
Investment & Incremental Funding Management
Development of investment business cases- executive summary, financial statement, and expense & benefit projections.
Review vendor proposals to ensure completeness per project requirements and Aetna/CVS standards.
Collaborate with both internal departments (Sales & Marketing) and external vendors to capture all business case inputs and variables.
Update and distribute monthly spend tracker report for all approved investments.
Assist with data gathering and preparation of quarterly incremental funding requests.
Medicare Sales Finance:
Assists with the annual budget, quarterly forecast and month-end close process.
Provides oversight of existing reports and dashboards, works to continuously underwrite the quality of that reporting and its sources of data. Works to improve and add new data to those reports and dashboards.
Leads delivery of detailed analyses and reports to Senior Leadership regarding quarterly financial performance.
Mentors, and helps to develop a team of Cost Center Managers/Marketing Specialist. Serves as a direct reference and knowledge expert for all escalated issues including Tableau and Excel troubleshooting.]
Fulfill ad hoc requests and participate in special projects as assigned.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
3 – 5 years’ Accounting, Finance, FP&A or Budgeting experience
3 – 5 years’ financial reporting experience
Advance Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Healthcare industry
1-3 years of demonstrated practical work experience in a Business Analyst role including writing business cases
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Education
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
