Understand key company initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage BI tools to inform decision making
Own and manage stakeholder relationships across the business
Establish workplans, timelines, and deliverables for analytics and BI projects, effectively weighing business and technical tradeoffs
Manage complex databases, and assist in the manipulation of large data sets
Share insights across teams to inform collaborative efforts
Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Mentors more junior team members.
Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop data reports and performance metrics

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading analyses and data-driven initiatives with a demonstrated track record of business impact
3+ years’ hands-on experience developing dashboards and storytelling using Tableau, Power BI or another analytic tool
3+ years of experience with SQL or any programming language
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and presentation skills – written and oral
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
3+ years’ experience strategy consulting or on strategy teams in large companies
Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
Healthcare sector experience preferred
Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
Master’s degree in quantitative field or MBA preferred
