Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

 

  • Working on the reports, databases and campaign specific target Segments for campaigns based on the campaign calendar and continually refining the same for specific plays, tactical course corrections, and ad-hoc marketing and sales leadership requests. Will require working across multiple data source tools, including HubSpot, 6Sense, CRM Data, ZoomInfo, other equivalent database enrichment sources.
  • Working to ensure marketing dashboards are processing sanctified and clean data, investigate anomalies and aberrations in patterns on an ongoing basis
  • Benchmarking performance against targets across all marketing channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis
  • Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
  • Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution
  • Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
  • Any other operational, cost, or statistical analysis needed by the marketing leadership on an ad-hoc basis

Job Qualifications

  • Strong advanced skills around Sourcing Data from across systems, Data Analysis, Analyze Sales Funnels and Key Marketing Metrics, providing recommendations
  • Solid reporting and visualization skills for presenting Data in a consumable way for quick and easy decision making by leadership
  • Solid background in data and statistical analysis, including exposure standard algorithms for deriving and reporting Marketing KPIs – In-depth Knowledge of statistical data modeling software, ability to spot data trends, Knowledge of data mining and scrubbing, Advanced mathematical skills, experience with data visualization tools.
  • Working proficiency in Tableau and Excel-based reporting.
  • Exposure and experience working with MarTech tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, 6Sense (or equivalent ABM tool)
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field with 5+ years experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask well and work flexible time zones with a global team.
