The Center of Global Freight Management & Procurement is looking for a Lead Analyst to shape the future of Logistics Intelligence
In Danfoss Global Services – Logistics we are looking for a team-player with a global-mindset who is passionate about driving data excellence within Freight Management & Procurement, highly-motivated by developing strong collaboration with our internal stakeholders and our external partners and is committed to delivering outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide proactive business support while creating a positive work environment and promoting a diverse and inclusive culture within the department
- Secure cost-transparency and performance visibility analytics to contribute positively to the overall logistics budget
- Drive ad-hoc solid analytical insight supporting our collaboration with business stakeholders
- Support during tenders including communication with providers, preparation of material, consolidation of data and creation of scenarios across the different modes: Air, Ocean, Express, Road & Warehousing.
- Participate in the implementation of tools, technology & work process improvements
- Work closely with Logistics Service Partners (LSPs) to ensure data quality and visibility
- Promote and participate in cross-functional department initiatives
- Align activities with Danfoss Procurement, Danfoss Business System, and the other Centers within GS-L
- Supports diff. category activities across all modes
- Assists tender management
- Provides analytics
- Leads tender data cleanup and consolidation
- Contributes to tender material preparation
- Support during implementation
- Provides Market intel Direction
Background & Skills
- Proven experience within data analytics preferable within Freight logistics and Procurement
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience with international companies
- Ability to work within a global, high-performing and diverse team
- Comfortable working within a matrix organization
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Ability to build internal and external customer relationships to increase customer’s satisfaction
- Strong skills in Data analytics, problem solving and tools
- Strong communicator in Interpersonal and People skills
