Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst who is,
- Responsible to lead projects of enabling processes into Process Mining, including lead the following change/support requested from business/subject matter experts.
- Perform in-dept data analysis in close cooperation with Subject Matter Experts.
- Strong project management and communication skills, securing stakeholders trust the Mining projects and potential.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects on enabling processes to Process Mining application with great change and stakeholder management skills. As Project Manager drive the selected processes through the Mining Project Model by use of templates and project management skills. Communication and task control to be made by use of MS teams
- The relevant processes in the Mining pipeline should be prioritized through a well-defined clarification/prioritization process in collaboration with the rest of the Mining team
- Identify data sources. Request access to data in source systems in cooperation with IT functions.
- Lead the data validation activities with Data Engineer and the Subject Matter Experts. Secure a complete data validation by following the checklist for data validation
- Lead the data modeling, including perform data and process analysis in close cooperation with Subejct Matter Experts to model/build the process activities, dashboards, KPI’s, analysis models etc.requested from the business.
- Keeping the stakeholders informed and up to date.
- Update the journal entries, both regarding project progress as well as process information
- Secure right guidance to business in which online courses to complete (Celonis) and clear introduction to how we run Mining projects in Danfoss
- Maintain and enhance the project model and the belonging templates. Inform and train the relevant stakeholders and include the changes to the presentation material
- Keeping the Mining intranet area up to date with news, new employees, training material etc.
Background & Skills
- Should have knowledge in Data mining tools preferably Celonis
- Should have knowledge on managing Mining projects
- Should have experience Mining pipeline management /journal
- Strong in Stakeholder communication, meeting and ad hoc tasks etc.
- Should have strong process & Data analytic skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office package & ERP (preferably SAP)
