Job Description

The Candidate will be a Technical Data Systems Analyst supporting the F/A-18 & EA-18G Integrated Product Team, collecting, organizing, analyzing and providing program plans related to metrics development focused around financial data, product test execution, and product anomaly reporting in an agile development environment. Provide support for Program and Business Analysis, Program Management, and/or other similar areas. Work at this level requires extended technical training and experience, and the incumbent is considered to be an F/A-18 & EA-18G technical expert within the work group.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide analysis of existing metric tool sets, identifying gaps, and provide recommendations for change/improvements to metrics tool sets related to Cost, Schedule and Performance in an agile development environment.

Coordinates and prepares planning documents associated with program organization, product development and material acquisition.

Supports all team members to successfully complete specific tasks, produce work products and services, and meet program objectives.

Must be able to apply leadership, team building, and group facilitation skills.

Coordinates work assignments, and provides recommended solutions to solve technical problems.

Coordinate integration of work processes and products, assist in obtaining resources

Maintain requested liaison with supervisors and sponsors.

Coordinate with other specialists, project members, and other work groups at the activity, at other activities, and/or at the headquarters level.

Travel to other designated F/A-18 locations to discuss and resolve difficult and precedent setting problems and provide expert advice which has a direct impact on understanding program requirements and the status of those requirements.

Participate as appropriate in Market Research.

Provide configuration management support.

Provide Historical product/program analytics, identifying trends and providing recommended course of corrections in relation to Cost, Schedule and Performance.

Must demonstrate an ability to analyze and interpret multiple cost/technical data sets, and organize/present data into tables, charts, graphs to support business cases.

Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High school and 16 years of F/A-18 test and evaluation experience is required.

Must demonstrate an ability to analyze and interpret multiple technical data sets, and organize/present data into tables, charts, graphs to support program requirements.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent communication skills and able to liaison with outside agencies and ability to work independently.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Possess high moral character and integrity.

Ability to acquire and obtain Top Secret Clearance.

Desired Skills:
Previous F/A-18 & EA-18G Programmatic experience.

Previous experience in analysis reporting of Cost, Schedule, and Performance of programs/products.

Experience in Risk Management.

Familiarization with Agile and the ability to work within small groups or Scrum teams.

Familiarization with Agile tool sets and measurement practices.
