Role Summary
- As a Business Analyst you have to create communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials). Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, time management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. Understanding the Business Objective. Analytical and Critical Thinking. Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Decision-Making Skills. Capacity to analyze / triage issues and categorizing them as Bugs or Change Requests.
Job Functions
Key functions of this role include:
Understand the goals and business needs of an organization.
understanding business requirements gathering and determining Functional impacts
Manage changes to the project scope.
Report and escalate to management as needed
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Maintain the Product Backlog for the successive Sprints.
Participate group discussions involving cross-functional teams involved in the Solution
Be part of the Daily Scrum during the Sprint, be available for Clarifications on the Business or Functional requirements for the Scrum teams
Analyse issues and work with programmers to resolve.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
Located in one of our India offices
Ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary
Willingness to travel if required.
Education & Experience
Essential
- Any graduates with 70 % of aggregate
1-2 years of experience in Healthcare IT hospital IT / healthcare IT company or Post Graduates from IIHMR (MBA in Hospital and Health Management
Desired
Knowledge of FHIR and HL7.
