Marketing operations is leading a multi-year marketing technology strategy that aims to achieve personalized customer engagement at scale. This position requires understanding of marketing and customer data, customer journey integration, marketing automation and orchestration capabilities as well as familiarity with marketing technology and web platforms. You will be partnering with cross functional teams to develop operating models around audience planning, data connectivity, personalized content, customer journey, digital, web analytics and performance.
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a highly organized, process-focused mind are required to manage priorities and deliverables.
Key responsibilities & deliverables
- Drive insight generation, implementation and tracking to business impact
- Package and present recommendations to optimize marketing vehicle mix, digital and web performance
- Devise and execute targeting strategy for digital campaigns based on account segmentation and partnering with third party account engagement platforms
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital programs and campaigns, identifying new capabilities for programmatic leverage within existing and upcoming marketing technology tools and platforms
- Create and maintain metrics and reporting on inbound and online programmatic effectiveness and business impact
- Co-ordination and completion of marketing technology projects working with Global teams and regional stakeholders within defined scope and timelines
- Work closely with APJ legal and Global Privacy teams to ensure marketing governance and compliance for field marketing programs
- Develop high quality, high impact presentations to represent project updates for executive reviews and discussions
Essential Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Good business acumen, marketing focused, responsive, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy and action plans
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, high ability to influence in a matrix environment
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate strategy, data insights and execution with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability to address complex & ambiguous problems with minimal guidance
- Ability to work on own โ a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
Desirable skills:
- Experience with digital and web analytics, customer database and digital engagement platforms
- Familiarity with media mix and vehicle optimization and leveraging integrated media plans to grow, engage and activate targeted audiences
