What you’ll achieve
As a Customer Growth Analytics Advisor, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve performance against customer growth targets. You will encourage best practices and educate within the organization, and act as an advisor to the business.
You will:
• Analyze data, formulate conclusions, and provide summary analysis on Buyer Base and Program performance
• Assist regional and global peers to deliver detailed weekly KPI goals for Buyer Base
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing plays, sales activities, and their impact on buyer growth
• Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, influence metrics definitions from a global perspective

Essential Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of related experience in a Business Intelligence function
• Strong SQL and MS Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes
Desirable Requirements
• Proven experience in similar roles
• PowerQuery and MDX skills
