Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead

What you’ll achieve

As part of Global Integrated Marketing organization, you are the key point person operating in lock step with CSB marketing teams working directly with measurement partners, marketing team members and media agencies to guide them through all phases of analytics program development projects and enhancing its adoption. As Senior Marketing Analytics Advisor to the stakeholders you will influence business growth by providing actionable analytical insights.

You will:

  • Serve as main Point of Contact for GTM(Go-To-Market) team, analytics partner, and media agency to managing the marketing attribution programs
  • Develop and deliver media performance forecasts for business in each segment working with media agencies and Dell internal teams
  • Influence and transform business decision making process by providing media mix recommendation and optimizations
  • Solve business questions using multiple data sets and tools and synthesize information to provide the ad-hoc analytics to solve business questions
  • Clearly define project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies with input from senior team members and internal stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills and able to create a good story by finding linkage between data and business performance
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of deploying and managing marketing attribution systems stemmed from basic knowledge in statistical analysis such as regression, time series, data mining, propensity modeling, forecasting etc.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media space, Ad-tech and Marketing Technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to define project scope and manage project timelines for deliverable schedules. This includes managing expectations on all sides around deliverables, timelines, and issues with the team director

Desirable Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years total work experience in marketing planning or marketing performance analytics with 3+ years experience in media measurement (display, video, social, mobile, search)
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing analytics (Google Ad-server, Attribution models, Google Analytics and Site performance)
