About Business Unit:
Global Tag Team under GAM (Global Asset Management) provides the best in class service to eliminate customer impact from asset changes or data issues. We lead innovation and transformation to improve Asset Management processes.
Role overview:
Global Tag Team Delivery under GAM is a fast paced, high volume team that manages ownership transfers, data and entitlements correction at a global level. Candidate should have strong customer experience skills, ability to handle large amount of volumes, case management and a strong attention to detail skill set.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support through varied process activities to support business need
- Research and obtain specific information/details requested by customer
- Technical/Professional Skills should include:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer or technical support/operation services roles
- Establish working knowledge & application of specialized tool sets required for role
- Demonstrate internal operational knowledge of process workflow
- Apply specialized knowledge to daily work efforts
- Strong understanding of the work processes and procedures
- Broad knowledge of all related processes

Essential Requirements
Experience/Knowledge in the following areas is preferable, but not mandatory
- Proficient in EXCEL, preferable to have Advanced excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
- CHAT (SFDC Lightning), Macro use and Other Dell internal tool.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams. Proficient in English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Japanese (Written – Verbal).
- Ability to handle difficult customer engagements, De-escalation skills.
- Intermediate SQL, Knowledge of power BI & Tableau, Basic Project Management skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Understands Knowledge Management tools and technologies and has the ability to use them. Considers the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment.
- Possesses knowledge of Knowledge Management process reviews and audits and interprets the findings from the audits. Graduation degree is preferred.
