What you’ll achieve

The design and architecture of our people, process and technology are paramount to enabling our business strategy. TTS IT team is an essential part of the Dell Digital teambuilding solutions that allows our customers to deliver on Dell’s current and transformational initiatives. You will play a defining role in the continuing evolution of Dell’s Service Tools & Technologies delivery.
As a Senior Software Engineer – IT , you will be working for a team of experienced engineers who are responsible for the test procedures to ensure our products meet Dell’s customer expectations. You will work with architects, engineers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Operational Engineering Teams, Business stake holders etc to deliver the products with highest of quality.
You will:

Work across a Global team of Test Software and QA Development teams to address gating issues to achieve business goals.

Involved in the Quality assurance stage of Software development and deployment.

Create schedules and work plans in QA stage and be accountable for successful deliverables.

Contribute in automating the testing scenarios to achieve increased productivity by fast development and delivery.

Essential Requirements
-
4-6 years Testing experience in Agile environment
-
Understands and applies principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of professional testing

Test script development (in Microsoft TFS would be advantageous)

Test data verification
-
Defect Triage (i.e. is the reported defect genuine code defect or tester error, data related, script problem etc.)
Desirable Requirements
-
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM Testing methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
-
SCRUM Master certification a plus and experience with Selenium will be preferred
