You will work with the Global Ethics and Compliance Team to digitally transform our investigative and remediation processes inclusive of using analytics to identify data-based trends and patterns of misconduct along with proactively monitoring risks and preventing misconduct.

What you’ll achieve
As an Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering risk-based insights and business value through data analytics & visualization that enables to audit & monitor risks and preventing misconduct. You will be responsible for developing technical tools and programs to automate the data management process, integrating medium to large structured data sets. You will have the opportunity to partner with Data Scientists, Architects or Businesses to design strategic projects and improve complex processes. In this role, a large part of time is spent on architecting, designing, and developing BI and data science solutions.
You will:

Drive analytics projects to optimize processes, proactively monitoring and managing data design tenets ensuring data quality

Creating visualizations using Power BI.

Work on Business Intelligence and analytics using multiple technologies (Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite (SSIS, SSRS,) MS SQL Server, )

Participate in the solution design, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.

Essential Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in using data technologies to deliver cutting-edge business intelligence solutions

Strong in Microsoft Business Intelligence – SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.

Experience with visualization tools like Power BI.

Exposure to Data Science, Machine Learning.
-
Strong communications and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Requirements
-
Knowledge of additional database technologies like, Oracle, Teradata, Greenplum and MongoDB.
