What you will achieve
As a Data Quality Senior Analystyou will be working, collaborating with other teams to perform necessary changes to the databases to enhance the data quality on a continuous basis for reliable information for internal stakeholders. More specifically, you will be handling leads feedback activity by working on the feedbacks received from sales teams across the regions related to marketing campaign leads and determine the best course of action that helps in making the changes to the databases and eventually helps the creation of automated and/or machine learning based remediation.
You will:

Play a lead role in the identification and improvement of Data Quality issues across assigned data sets. Gather information on data quality issues from internal tools and explore options for remediation

Identify the necessary changes/remediation to be made to improve the data quality by collaborating with different teams. Learn quickly and develop acute understanding of supported business processes and associated data sources/systems that help in addressing the data quality issues

Run the data queries to identify, assess and resolve data quality issues by implementing the agreed changes/remediation to data sources/data tables to improve the data quality

Develop good relationships with users across the firm and interact with them to resolve any data quality issues. Provide timely reports and insights on the key data quality issues and on the progress of data quality improvement

Work and collaborate to address the quality issues and ensure they are resolved quickly

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, mathematics or similar
-
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with good knowledge of the business

Strong capabilities in data management with exceptional proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, data analysis & investigations and data visualization
-
Good analytical, problem- solving, interpersonal & communication skills and eye for details.

Ability to collaborate across teams
Desirable Requirements

Masterโs in Management (MBA) with specialization in Marketing
-
Python, Power BI and Good presentation skills
