New Product Introduction Support Engineer

We develop and drive quality metrics while managing the design and installation of quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Assistant, Quality Control, you will responsible for timely introduction of new products at the desired quality level and meet the ramp plan. Interacts with Operations, Procurement, and other Engineering supporting groups to ensure flawless product introduction and Engineering change management. Ensure accurate Bill of Materials structure for all products to meet regional requirements. Support

Responsible of Client Product introduction

Assess planning and executing qualification builds, pilot builds and new product ramps

Influence product manufacturability, escalating key issues and present options for resolution to cross functional executive team

Driven quality improvements by risk assessment eliminating sources of defects in the design, new product introduction and manufacturing processes.

Driven continuous improvement in manufacturing process, product manufacturability and quality

Essential Requirements

2+ years of related experience

Good understanding of hardware and software system, able to work under time constraint.

Strong organizational skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

Experience in supporting New products, executing qualification builds & pilot builds as per timeline

Influence product manufacturability, evaluate Design for Manufacturing on pilots, manage all operation related communication upward and downward through the organization
Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
-
Involve in making complex decisions and handle multiple strategic projects while working day-to-day tasks
