Principal Solutions Architect
The Global Remote Delivery Team (EUC) operates in the Application Services and Infrastructure Support and Migration space with the delivery teams spread across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Malaysia. Working at the cutting edge, we provide Client Engineering services for our Customers.
The Global Remote Delivery Team is looking for Client Engineers who will be responsible for working on Infrastructure Services Projects for End User Computing and managed Services Customers, assisting with the ongoing support of the end user environment I.e., Policy and Release Management, Image Creation, Patch Management etc.

What you’ll achieve
As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement, using a consultative approach towards the customer to fully understand their overall business goals. From there, you will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions.
You will:
- Acts as Technical Design Authority for Client Engineering activities, Optimizes & Manages the Workspace One environment
- Runbook creation and maintenance. Review of existing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, Undertakes technical review of Client engineering activities
- Documents and plans any migration or infrastructure upgrades., Policy Management activities, Undertakes Policy Management activities
- Patch Management, Image Management, Application Management, Mobile Device Management, Drives & Leads the Quality & Functionality assurance checks of Client Engineering deliverables.
- Assists other Client Engineers & Analysts with complex problems, Conducts Training & Mentoring and Assisting with Technical Interviews, Interacts with the customer on a regular basis to provide operational feedback and to review current processes

Essential Requirements
- 7+ yrs. of Infrastructure Management experience,Expertise on Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10) & Server OS
- Practical exposure to implementation of various Server Roles
- MCSE, VCP
- Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills and Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- 3yrs+ years practical experience of Workspace One and Adaptiva, Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell)
Desirable Requirements
- Understanding of Modern Provisioning Tools like (Microsoft Intune),
- MAC OS skills and Working knowledge of JAMF Pro
