Senior Analyst, Data Engineering
Data Engineering is all about breaking new ground to enable businesses to answer their most urgent questions. You will work with the Global Ethics and Compliance Team to digitally transform our investigative and remediation processes inclusive of using analytics to identify data-based trends and patterns of misconduct along with proactively monitoring risks and preventing misconduct.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Analyst Data Engineer, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also end users to determine information requirements.
You will:

Interact with business stakeholders and leaders to gather & scope BI / Analytical requirements

Develop the analysis and share the insights / recommendations with business stakeholders through Effective presentation

Actively engage on all Business meetings & calls to provide support and look for business process improvement opportunities|

Maintain excellent relationship with Business stakeholders through regular meetings and reviews and looking for work opportunities

Diagnosing business processes or organizational problems, and leveraging analytics to determine how our clients can seize new opportunities.

Essential Requirements

2 to 5 years relevant experience on Business Intelligence and analytics using technologies like Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite (SSIS, SSRS,) MS SQL Server, with visualization tools like Power BI.

Strong SQL and Teradata skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Develop & conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solution and actionable insights with high client and business understanding

Knowledge of predictive modeling, analytics methodology preferred and set up ETL workflows and perform data movements.
Desirable Requirements

Understand and translate statistics to address client business problems while developing innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges

Translating the strategic direction and business objectives established by partners into holistic digital, technology, change management and organization strategies
