Dell’s Digital Enterprise Services organization, Product Master Data Management, Content & Search (PCS) team is hiring a Technical Project Manager – to deliver on initiatives for our global cross segment customers. Responsibilities will include coordinating functional team activities, daily stand ups, managing requirements and providing technical and process guidance. PCS IT team is an essential part of the Dell Commerce Platform team – building solutions that allows our customers to deliver on Dell’s current and transformational initiatives. You will play a defining role in the continuing evolution of Dell’s Product Master Data Management, Content & Search transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drives all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments
- Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for IT projects
- Ensure program delivered with quality and meet implementation date & criteria
- Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget
- Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors
Essential Requirements:
-
2-4 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience. Out of this at least 8+ technical program management experience

Experience with Microsoft TFS and Release Planning
-
Have depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results

Ability to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authority
-
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashion

Strong understanding and hands-on with Java, .Net Core, ASP .NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Framework, C#. SQL Server, Angular 4 or above, JavaScript, JQuery

Good working knowledge of creating micro services in .NET core, Pivotal Cloud Foundry or other cloud platforms

Experience using a range of open source libraries and frameworks including Gulp, Bower, etc.ASP.NET MVC Core, Razor, .NET Core Middleware. ASP .NET Core web API, No SQL db like Mongo DB, TypeScript
Desirable Requirements:

Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles

SCRUM Master certification a plus

Experience with MS SQL preferred
