Work you’ll do:
This full-time Analyst role within the New Business Innovation organization serves on the Hybrid Business Design team by directly supporting Consulting’s biggest investments in hybrid (software and services) businesses. Using a corporate innovation approach, this role helps Business Architecture leaders activate key business constructs among hybrid business leaders – from business models and market validation to monetization and ecosystem strategy.
The Business Architecture Analyst is critical in preparing and supporting execution of incubation modules, including labs, for prioritized hybrid businesses to drive shifts in thinking and inform business plan outcomes. The role will lead module logistics, including orchestrating scheduling, preparing facilitation content, providing day-of production support, and capturing critical discussion points. The Analyst helps Business Architecture leaders facilitate critical discussions among hybrid business General Managers, contributing to the efficiency, scale, and success of Deloitte’s hybrid business investments.
Essential functions of this role include:
- Develop key incubation module agendas and content through effective configuration and logical structuring of standard frameworks
- Managing scheduling details among several senior leaders for critical incubation module discussions
- Provide day-of production and logistical support for both virtual and in-person meetings
- Capture critical conversation points in incubation module workshops and labs, focusing in on the shifts in thinking that occur
- Manage development of key readout material from workshops and labs, enabling Network leaders to produce key artifacts within their business plans
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and develop insightful readouts for executive audiences
- Support practice SMEs on module prework and homework
- Drive toward deadlines, managing competing priorities among targeted activities and escalate for support as needed
- Leverage strong attention to detail to drive accuracy and high-quality work products
- Contribute to team problem-solving efforts
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with Hybrid Business Design and Practice leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internet research tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Comfortable performing project tasks independently within a virtual team environment
- Ability to analyze, think critically, synthesize information, and communicate results and recommendations clearly
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
